By commissioning me you are purchasing my labor as an artist only. I retain all rights over any work done, which includes but is not limited to the right to use the work as a sample for sales and as a means of self promotion.

Art commissioned by you will not be used for profit by redistribution or selling on merchandise in any way.

By purchasing art you understand that i do not authorize its use in any resale or merchandising i.e., pins, stickers, patches, or other means of reselling the image in mass quantities.

Do understand that style in art is fluid and ever changing. Your piece might not be 100% like the piece posted before yours but the style won’t very much from piece to piece unless specifically expressed to be the purpose, like specific themed presketches.

By requesting a commission from me you agree that you are over the age of 18 regardless of commission, theme, or content. I WILL NOT sell ANY content to anyone under the age of 18 and reserve the right to ask for ID. No there are no acceptations. No I will not speak to your parent or guardian. No I will not hold a slot till you are 18. I do not work with minors.

I do not accept materials to make suits as a means for a discount on a commission. No I will not use fur you own, I will have to buy my own.

I reserve the right to refuse working with any customer.

I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time.

I will not work with a customer who is rude, harassing me or my customers, misusing my personal information, or people who repeatedly ask for discounts or free goods.

I will not work with customers with current bewares out about them.

I will not work with customers who post bewares about my company.

This company will not tolerate any abuse or discrimination of any kind and I refuse to work with those who engage in discriminatory or prejudice behaviors of any kind.

This company supports all people of all races, genders and gender identities, sexual orientations, all creeds and backgrounds, all religions and practices, regardless of your occupation, disability, class, or age. You are loved and I see you!

Payment accepted via Paypal, Venmo, and Cashapp.

Payments through Paypal are invoice only. Please do not send money until and invoice is sent.

Commissions or premade under $3000 require a 50% down payment. Anything over that requires a 30% down payment.

Down payments are non refundable. Only exception being if I cannot complete the commission at all due to family or life issues or if the buyer backs out of a premade purchase within 60 days.

Any commissions or premade costing $600 or below must be paid in full at the time of purchase to claim.

Payment plans can be split in 2-5 month payments but the commission or premade will not be shipped until the item is completely paid off.

If payments go unpaid for 3 months I will consider the commission abandoned and will resell the item unchanged. In this case no refund will be given. If a premade goes unpaid for for 3 months I will also consider this abandoned and will relist the premade. A partial refund will be sent in that case but not for the deposit.

Forced refunds or chargebacks of any purchase will result in immediate ban and violates my t.o.s. Depending on the circumstances this can also enact legal action to reclaim stolen funds. Any legal action will have the goal of reclaiming funds as well as having the defendant (you) pay for the expense of lawyers, court fees, lost work time, and any financial damage that occurs due to the loss.

Shipping is at the customers expense.

All shipping quotes are subject to change, I use stamps.com in order to get the best rates possible.

Shipping quotes default to standard USPS, if another shipping option is wanted please specify before commission is completed.

If shipping payment is not paid 3 months after commission is completed or premade has been paid off then I will consider the product abandoned and will resell the commission with no changes or refund, for premade a partial refund will be given and the suit will be resold.

Cottage Moss Creations is not responsible for items lost, damaged, or stolen in the mail. Items are insured for up to $2500 and can have a claim filed to return a portion or all the money you paid to you but that is not a refund by me, that is an insurance claim by the postal service. I do not give refunds for lost, damaged, or stolen items.

Insurance cost is added to the shipping cost at time of invoice and is the buyers responsibility.

Replacements can be made at the buyers expense. After a claim is processed and you receive your money you can repay the original price for the item to have it reproduced, the reproduced commission will be placed at the top of the queue for expedited completion.

Please notify me as soon as you are considering a cancellation as to not waste anyone's time and to get the full benefit of the refund. Refund amounts depend on the amount of work completed, so the less work done, the more of a refund you will receive.

Commissions can be canceled at any time until the point of the commission being finished. Once the commission is done it cannot be canceled or refunded. If you cannot pay for a completed commission the suit can be listed as a premade to cover the money owed.

Refunds are subject to my approval. I do not to cancelations with refunds for inability to pay for the rest of the commission (commission will be sold in order to pay for the work done), life changes not allowing you to have a suit i.e., moved and don't have space, partner doesn't like you got a suit, family disapproves, roommate says you cant keep it. (in this case you can resell it to get your money back) Character changes like making or color pallets, at a certain point I cannot make further changes and once at that point I will not cancel a commission or refund due to you changing the character more.

If a commission or premade is shipped you are no longer eligible for any refund.

Down payments are non refundable unless the commission is canceled by myself due to life or family circumstances.

If a commission is abandoned there is no refund what so ever.

If a premade is abandoned there is a partial refund.

If a commission or premade is cancelled due to a T.O.S. violation, harassment, nonpayment, or any action harmful to me, my buisness, or my followers, there will be no refund.

Refunds are sent using the payment method used to pay for the commission/premade.

Refunds can take up to 3 months to recieve.

I am always happy to repair or alter any piece I have made no matter if you are the original owner or otherwise.

If anything happens to your commission within 30 days of receiving your item I will happily make any repairs or alterations at no cost. (just pay the shipping)

Repairs and alterations not due to my error must be paid for by the buyer after the 30 days.

Please be aware if at time of repair a material or color once used my no longer be available and the next best option will be used.

I do not refurbish parts made by other makers.

I do not make SPH and don't care if people add them to suits but once done I do not feel comfortable handling the item and wont accept it for repairs or any other work.
